AI and Neuroscience postdoc selected for the 2024 L’Oréal-UNESCO For Women in Science Sub-Saharan Africa Young Talents Award

Irene Nandutu, our postdoctoral researcher with the Artificial Intelligence Research Unit and the Neuroscience Institute (Dept of Paediatrics and Child health) has been selected for the 2024 @Fondation L’Oréal-@UNESCO #ForWomenInScience Sub-Saharan Africa Young Talents Award, which was awarded on 10th December 2024. She is among 30 researchers (25 PhD and 5 Postdoc) selected from 788 applications from across Sub-Saharan Africa.
