Sleep Researcher, Department of Human Biology
Research Interests
Our research at Sleep Science focuses on the physiological and behavioural aspects of sleep and circadian rhythms (i.e. the body’s 24h clock). We are particularly interested in how sleep is associated with physical and mental health, as well as the relationships between sleep, the body clock, athletic and work-place performance. Our research spans pre-school children to older adults, computer gamers, low-income adults living in urban and rural settings and corporate employees.
