UCT researchers, based in the Institute of Infectious Disease and Molecular Medicine (IDM) and the Neuroscience Institute (NI), are playing a leading role in a significant international collaboration to understand fungal diseases.

The simulator offers a powerful, experiential demonstration of the life-saving impact of a seatbelt. A much needed education and advocacy tool in a country where 96% of children are not buckled in.
