Research Interests

Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medicine that is widely used in East Asia. However, the effects of acupuncture intervention on human brain function remain unknown. One of my research interests is to study acupuncture-related changes in gray and/or white matter connectivity by performing brain MRI before and after acupuncture treatments, specifically pertaining to unilateral stroke rehabilitation.
