Psychiatric Genetics Group Success!

The Psychiatric Genetics Group, led by Profs Nastassja Koen and Shareefa Dalvie, proudly represented the NI at the World Psychiatric Genetics Congress in Singapore this past October.  Presentations and/or posters were given by post-doctoral fellows Mary Mufford, Megan Campbell, and Lerato Majara; by doctoral students Kristien van der Walt, Deborah Jonker and Charlotte Chalumbila; and Master’s student Mia Lombard. 

A total of eight presentation/poster prizes were awarded at the Congress, with one going to Lerato Majara and one to Megan Campbell – congratulations to them and a lovely win for psychiatry in South Africa!
